Shipping & Returns / Order Processing & Delivery Expectations

Depending on the types of items you purchase, the order processing time will vary. 


In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates, we combine similar items in one shipment. Note that orders are shipped and delivered only on business days. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.


In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on backorder, we may hold the rest of your items until the item is restocked. As soon as it arrives in our warehouse, we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.

NOTE: Your order will arrive based on the processing time plus the transit time. For example, if your processing time is 1-2 business days and you pick Expedited delivery, you should expect to receive your order in 4-6 business days.

International Shipping

Currently we do not ship outside of the United States.



What if I just don't like it?
Not a problem.  If you don't love it, return it. We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.


Return policy
If you are not satisfied with any item, return it within 30 days of receipt for a free replacement or return; simply complete the return form on the back of the packing slip included with your order. Refunds are issued within 48 hours of receiving the return.   If an item was shipped Expedited Delivery, we do not refund back original shipping cost.


if your order arrived in less than satisfactory condition and the damage can be captured with a photograph, then you do not need to return it.  Just take a picture of the damage (both print and shipping tube if applicable).  Contact us via the form below, include your order # and email address and attach the pictures to our email form.  Please tell us if you would like a refund or replacement item sent.  This saves you the headache of having to send the product back.

If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed.

Customers are able to scan the transparency code on shipped items to insure that it was manufactured by PosterOffice®.
